This week I have been back at my partner schools Adelaide Botanic High School and Casey Fields Primary School in Melbourne.
I shared a presentation with the leadership team at ABHS about Dialogic Coaching and today I thought I would share with you some simple coaching phrases I use that make a big difference.

Asking “What else?” allows them to explore a situation thoroughly before jumping into problem-solving mode. This question opens up possibilities rather than limiting to just one perspective — follow-up questions like “What factors are influencing this?” further the discovery process.
